Schnauzer / Poodle Hybrid

Cricket, the female miniature Schnoodle (cross between a miniature Schnauzer and a Toy Poodle) at 4 months old. Her owner states, "She is a happy, affectionate, playful family companion, who is loved by all. Her ears are her most obvious physical attribute."

And Cricket, the female miniature Schnoodle (cross between a miniature Schnauzer and a Toy Poodle) at 8 months old, and after grooming. "The transformation was stunning. Cricket "morphed" from a black bundle of curly hair, into a sleek, grey bundle of energy, looking very much like a purebred miniature Schnauzer. Her hair color is still evolving. She has lost much of her dark grey coat, which is being replaced by light grey to white, with dark grey "socks"."

Fanny, the Schnoodle at 5 months old

Fanny, the Schnoodle at 5 months old. "Her mother was a Miniature Poodle and her father a Miniature Schnauzer. She learns quickly, has lots of energy and makes me laugh a couple of times a day. I often call her my little clown. She has inherited the Schnauzer tendency to "talk" at me, rather than bark, when she wants something. When she does this during obedience class, everyone is in stitches. Her training is going quite well, although she still, at times, knows what I want her to do ... she's just doesn't know whether or not she wants to do it."
